Bombardier C Series should now be on leasing radars
The Canadian OEM Bombardier is approaching critical milestones in its all new narrowbody twin engine C Series aircraft. A successful test flight programme commencing in June and an associated certification process will move the aircraft towards commerciality and is underpinned by an order book of 180 units. If the aircraft performs to the standard promised it may quickly evolve as an important part of the global short-haul market, especially if seat capacity of above 150 is advanced.
